One of the most popular trekking routes Jomsom Muktinath Trekking is situated on the northern side of Pokhara. It passes through the cultivated areas. There are several lodges available for the accommodation in this main route. The spectacular diversity of the finest deep valley and high mountains encompass enormously. The Annapurna Himal cuddles a wide range of peoples and terrain.  This  adventurous trip commences from the world's deepest gorge Kali Gandaki Region into the world's highest region passing through an almost tree-less barren landscape, a steep rocky trail up and down hill and panoramic views of Nilgiri, Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and several other peaks from subtropical jungle to a high, dry landscape approaching the Tibetan Plateau.  This trek allows the access to the high mountains of the Himalayas within an appropriate time frame.

The views of the mountains are spectacular, and the route actually crosses to the other side of the main Himalayan range for some unusual views of the northern flanks. There is a massive flow of tourists in peak season. If you want less crowded treks, you can skip the high season and enjoy with top-notch culture and nature in off-season too.
