Arun Valley Trek (25 Days)
Arun Valley Trek The Arun valley provides really superb views of both Mt Everest and Makalu. It is located between Sagarmatha and Makalu-Barun National Parks. Trekking in this valley provides an alternative approach to the Khumbu region. We recommend this approach to those people who have already been in the Everest region and want to revisit Everest Base Camp (Kalapatthar) via less traveled route.
The trek requires stamina and fitness to fully appreciate the beauty of the region. This provides some outstanding mountain views. Commencing with a flight to Tumlingtar to the East of Everest, the first week is spent trekking through virgin territory into Solu Khumbu region before push up on the main Everest trail to Kalapatthar for tremendous close ups of Everest Nuptse and Lhotse along with many others before journey back to Lukla and a flight to Kathmandu.
The trek requires stamina and fitness to fully appreciate the beauty of the region. This provides some outstanding mountain views. Excellent quality: the tourist guide and services were above expectations extremely friendly and very helpful. Chitwan National park tour, Very nice fun and very good guides, Accommodation were also very good, overall very nice and pleasant tour.

The guide and porter were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall the tour was very nice and pleasant.

I really enjoyed my stay in Nepal. The nature is unbelievable beautiful. The trek absolutely is doable in those 12 days Jomsom Muktinath trek.
Rajan is a very nice guy. He's doing his job very well, always takes care of me. Kabi is amazing carrying my luggage. I still don't know how he can do this. If he could speak a little better English then I'm sure he's a fun guy to have around. I can totally recommend Visit Himalaya Treks.

We have just returned from 23 days (October 01-2011 to October 23-2011) on trek with Himal and his team, taking in both Dhaulagiri and Annapurna base camps. This was our third trek with Himal and it was every bit as special as the others. His organization, attention to detail and real care for his clients and the porters are excellent.
