We have just returned from 23 days (October 01-2011 to October 23-2011) on trek with Himal and his team, taking in both Dhaulagiri and Annapurna base camps. This was our third trek with Himal and it was every bit as special as the others. His organization, attention to detail and real care for his clients and the porters are excellent. It is an indication of our complete satisfaction with Visit Himalaya Treks that we are already discussing with Himal another trek for next October.

Excellent quality: the tourist guide and services were above expectations extremely friendly and very helpful. Chitwan National park tour, Very nice fun and very good guides, Accommodation were also very good, overall very nice and pleasant tour.

trek,April 28th 2011 to May 19th 2011. The views were fantastic, clear skies
and panoramic views of the Himalaya's. An especially perfect day when we
crossed the Khongma –LaPass (5335m) which we enjoyed very much and we have
to say thank you to Himal (owner of the Visit Himalaya Treks) and also
our great guide Rajan and porter Tilachan who were both very supportive and
professional throughout the whole trip. We appreciated their smiling faces
and friendliness each day. Rajan seemed to have a very good relationship
with all of the lodge owners and staff which made us comfortable. The trek

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased Katie and I were with our trek of the Annapurna Circuit. “Thank you Himal” and your staff went out of your way from the very beginning to ensure that we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our trip. You presented all the information we needed in a very professional and easy to understand manor. You picked us up at the Airport and then made sure we were settled into our Hotel in Kathmandu before briefing us on what to expect for the next few days. Your \"city/cultural\" staff were very knowledgeable about the sites we visited in and around town and made sure we got to enjoy all the town has to offer. Before the trek our gear was inspected and checked to make sure we had everything necessary and we were introduced to our guide Rajan at a breifing the evening before we departed for our Trek. On the trek both our guide and porter did an amazing job of keeping us safe, informing us about things of geographical and cultural interest, and making sure we were having FUN ! I can\'t tell you how fortunate we felt having them with us.

In one word it was fantastic. It was heavy but every step was worth it! Himal and his team are very skilled and can work well together. Dear "thinking about teaming up with Visit Himalaya Treks traveller".Since 1998 I have visited beautiful & exiting Nepal several times,always leaving with a strong desire to return as soon as I find a new chance! Nepal touched my heart completely, nature/climate, people, culture.In 2003 I learnt to know Himal Tamang, the company's MD. Besides cultural visits around Kathmandu, Chitwan Nat. Park in the south, also a wonderful group trekking experience to the area of Helambu, some hours by bus north of Kathmandu. Since then we always kept in contact for my next NEPAL EXPERIENCE! I'll tell you why.
This Helambu trekking was so well organized and pleasant, supporting/guiding us to finally pass 4600m' Laurabina Pass. We could enjoy the trekking, scenery and the social aspects to the most thanks to our Nepali supporting team!
Himal's professional, responsible, relaxed but serious and caring attitude towards all of us + his team of Sherpa's and porters was exactly what is important on a trekking in my view. Responding well to any small or major trouble on the way, being sensitive towards the group's interest and individual wishes. Not to mention his patience for the passionate birds & flower, photography lovers amongst us, which slowed the team down a bit...haha.
In 2005 I returned on my own and was so excited to visit Khumbu Valley, but weather conditions forced a change of plan. Pure flexibility on both sides brought us the next day to Annapurna Base Camp area for a 10 days trekking. With our mini-expedition of 3p I enjoyed a fantastic experience again.
A big plus is also his (local) knowledge after so many years of working in and outside Nepal. Plus the bridge that can be built by your leader, guides, porters with the locals you meet on the way.
So, my opinion: BOTH THUMBS UP FOR HIMAL AND HIS TEAM ! 100% trustworthy for everyone!

Last February we went on a 12 day long trekking with Himal to the Annapurna Base Camp. It was very nice! Every morning we felt like home because the took good care of us.
Let us explain one thing: we are from the Netherlands and this country is below sealevel! Trekking therefore is sometimes quite a challenge! Luckely Himal and his crew were always possitive about our results of the day and they always helped us through the tough parts.
We would like to recommend Himal to all of you for all your trekkings and other expeditions in Nepal. Himal is a very kind and truthworthy man that will never abondon you in the wilderness.

I’ve done two trips with Himal. The first trip was the Everest Base Camp trek during
March, 2004. The second trip was in March, 2009 when we attempted the Annapurna circuit. Both were excellent trips. There’s no better way to travel than with Himal. His organization skills and attention to detail, not to mention the first class service is second to none. In Nepal, this is critical, since you don’t want to waste precious vacation time. Himal is always in complete control. You don’t have to even think about logistics. After Himal meets you at the airport, the hard part is done. You can relax; you’re in good hands with Himal. I’m already thinking about my next trip with Himal.

We are appreciated the timely responses to our inquires, the value for the money and the set up on the trek with everything being paid up front. The whole experience has been as simple as possible no glitches along the way, Our Guide Pasang did a great job getting us where we needed to be in a timely manse, He Looked after us terrifically the whole trip including throw a few illness, Lakman (Our Porter) was great our bags were always nearby in case we needed them, He was always pleasant and courteous as, Thank you Himal arrange our trip perfectly and off course we are happy to recommend to all our friends,

*We (my wife and me) have just done the 21 day Everest 3 High Pass
trek,April 28th 2011 to May 19th 2011. The views were fantastic, clear skies
and panoramic views of the Himalaya's. An especially perfect day when we
crossed the Khongma –LaPass (5335m) which we enjoyed very much and we have
to say thank you to Himal (owner of the Visit Himalaya Treks) and also
our great guide Rajan and porter Tilachan who were both very supportive and
professional throughout the whole trip. We appreciated their smiling faces
and friendliness each day. Rajan seemed to have a very good relationship
with all of the lodge owners and staff which made us comfortable. The trek
was exactly what was described at a fair price. We are very happy to
recommend to use Visit Himalaya Treks to all of you.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased Katie and I were with our trek of the Annapurna Circuit. “Thank you Himal” and your staff went out of your way from the very beginning to ensure that we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our trip. You presented all the information we needed in a very professional and easy to understand manor. You picked us up at the Airport and then made sure we were settled into our Hotel in Kathmandu before briefing us on what to expect for the next few days. Your \"city/cultural\" staff were very knowledgeable about the sites we visited in and around town and made sure we got to enjoy all the town has to offer. Before the trek our gear was inspected and checked to make sure we had everything necessary and we were introduced to our guide Rajan at a breifing the evening before we departed for our Trek. On the trek both our guide and porter did an amazing job of keeping us safe, informing us about things of geographical and cultural interest, and making sure we were having FUN ! I can\'t tell you how fortunate we felt having them with us.

I had done 17 days( November 5th 2010 to 21st November 2010) Gokyo Everest base camp trek with Visit Himalaya Treks was well organized very friendly. I would have no hesitated using them again. A big thank you to Himal for organizing the trek to Gokyo Everest base camp, Pasang was an excellent guide he spoke better English then most of other guides, he has great knowledge of the area, so thanks again for good trekking and looking forward to seeing you next adventures,
