Paragliding in Nepal
Paragliding in Nepal can be a truly wonderful and fulfilling experience for the adventure seeker. A trip will take you over some of the best scenery on earth, as you share airspace with Himalayan griffin vultures, eagles, kites and float over villages, monasteries, temples, lakes and jungle, with a fantastic view of the majestic Himalaya.
Gliding is a weather dependent sports and the flying season in Nepal commences from November through February, the best months being November and December. The takes off point for these flights is Sarankot (1592m.), which also offers prime views of Fewa lake and mountains at sunrise and sunset (provided the skies are clear) and the landing is by the Fewa lake. No previous experience is required as qualified pilots provide a short briefing before launching.
Detail Itinerary :
Day 01 : Flight or drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu - O/N at hotel.
Day 02 : Hiking to Sarangkot (1590m) - O/N at hotel.
Day 03 : Paragliding tour - O/N at hotel in Pokhara.
Day 04 : Sightseeing in Pokhara city.
Day 05 : Drive or fly back to Kathmandu.

Bhutan Tour,
Excellent quality: the tourist guide and services were above expectations extremely friendly and very helpful. Chitwan National park tour, Very nice fun and very good guides, Accommodation were also very good, overall very nice and pleasant tour.
Annapurna Panorama trek
The guide and porter were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall the tour was very nice and pleasant.
Conclusion:
Overall we are very pleased with the service of visit Himalaya treks and we definitely will recommended to friends, The constant concern on helping and pleasing us was incredible. We feel like we got more than a good service but also a good friendship. A huge thank you to Himal and his staffs for making these trips so special and memorable,

Just back from the Langtang-Gosainkund-Helambu trek, organized by Visit Himalaya Treks. It was fantastic! We were very happy with guide Man Kumar and porter Kumar. Compliments for Himal and his team. They were accurate, reliable and communicative. By inviting us in his home, he made the attention very personal. Himal even brought us to the airport, five days after finishing the trek. I really enjoyed my stay in Nepal. The nature is unbelievable beautiful. The trek absolutely is doable in those 12 days Jomsom Muktinath trek.
Rajan is a very nice guy. He's doing his job very well, always takes care of me. Kabi is amazing carrying my luggage. I still don't know how he can do this. If he could speak a little better English then I'm sure he's a fun guy to have around. I can totally recommend Visit Himalaya Treks.

We have just returned from 23 days (October 01-2011 to October 23-2011) on trek with Himal and his team, taking in both Dhaulagiri and Annapurna base camps. This was our third trek with Himal and it was every bit as special as the others. His organization, attention to detail and real care for his clients and the porters are excellent. It is an indication of our complete satisfaction with Visit Himalaya Treks that we are already discussing with Himal another trek for next October.
